Changes in General Business Conditions and Conditions for Credit Transfers

AS ”UniCredit Bank” informs You that in order to bring the compliance of the payment services provided by the Bank closer to the Directive 2007/64/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 13 November 2007 on payment services in the internal market, following AS ”UniCredit Bank” documents (further in the text – Documents) have been amended and approved at the Management Board on October 14, 2009:

  • General Business Conditions of AS "UniCredit Bank" effective as of November 4, 2009;

  • Conditions for Credit Transfers effective as of November 2, 2009.


You may get acquainted with the new version of Documents as of October 16, 2009 at the Bank’s homepage www.unicreditbank.lv and at the Bank’s Customer Service team office.
